Chattogram Flood Rehabilitation

The devastating flash floods and landslides in the Chattogram division and surrounding hill tracts areas have plunged hundreds of thousands of families into severe crisis. Continuous monsoon downpours have submerged entire villages, washing away fragile homes and leaving stranded communities with no access to clean drinking water, food, or basic sanitation. With transportation paralyzed and local livelihoods completely wiped out overnight, thousands of displaced families are now facing acute hunger and total uncertainty in makeshift shelters.

To pull these communities out of crisis, our comprehensive relief and rehabilitation project is working directly on the ground to provide both immediate survival and long-term independence. In the initial phase, we are actively distributing emergency packets of dry food and clean water alongside operating community kitchens that serve hot, cooked meals to families in desperate need. Simultaneously, our long-term recovery program focuses on rebuilding lives by repairing broken structures, constructing resilient new homes for the completely displaced, and restoring vital livelihoods. We are empowering vulnerable women by gifting them calves to generate sustainable income through dairy farming, and we are restocking the supplies of poor shopkeepers so they can reopen their businesses. Your generous donation will directly fund these lifelines, transitioning grieving families from the brink of survival back to dignity and economic self-sufficiency.
